Josh Bruen is a rising country artist from just outside of Savannah, Georgia, whose musical journey began in Statesboro while attending Georgia Southern University. Though he always had a deep love for music, everything changed in October 2023 when he picked up a guitar for the first time. Less than a year into teaching himself to play, Josh made the bold decision to leave his full-time construction job of more than six years to pursue music full time and he hasn't looked back since.

Josh has built a name for himself through his engaging live shows and growing catalog of original music. From performing at venues all across the region to being spotlighted on Georgia Southern University’s website in a featured article about his musical journey, and even recently being voted “Best Local Band/Musician in the Boro” by Statesboro Magazine on their 2026 Fabulist list, he is steadily carving out his place as an emerging artist to watch.

Since releasing his first original song in March 2025, his catchy, relatable music has continued to connect with listeners of all ages and backgrounds. Inspired by real life experiences, his music allows fans to see their own stories reflected in his. His work ethic, drive, and passion have been key factors in fueling his growing success. Josh's career is just getting started and he is fully devoted to his craft and building a lasting career as an artist in the industry.
